In response to comments made recently to the media following a presidential candidate rally, Lindquist Ford, Inc. located in Bettendorf, Iowa wishes the public to know it is politically neutral.  In addition, any statements regarding the operations, opinions or direction of Lindquist Ford, Inc. will come from Steven M. Lindquist, President or Craig A. Miller, General Manager.

Lindquist Ford and its sister store Clinton Auto Group located in Clinton, Iowa employ about 140 people combined.  Accordingly both stores continue to attract and hire sharp people every day to join our outstanding group of employees who currently make us who we are. 

Lindquist Ford expects to move into its new $750,000 customer waiting area in late November.  The new waiting area was built to create an improved customer experience due to tremendous growth since our store was built 14 years ago.  In addition to an improved service experience, customers will enjoy drive thru estimation for body shop repairs.  Customers will also enjoy receiving their washed and vacuumed vehicles in our indoor exit lanes.  This exciting new addition to our dealership is expected to create many new jobs.

Clinton Auto Group has just broken ground on its exciting new $3,500,000 dealership location which is also is being constructed to create an improved customer experience.  Our customers will be able to shop or service their vehicles in comfort under one roof at our new 26,000 square foot dealership.  Customers will be able to view Ford, Lincoln, Nissan, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles as well as pre-owned vehicles all at once on our all new 6.8 acre facility.  The new dealership facility is expected to create as many as 20 new jobs when completed in June 2013.

Details:

      Craig A. Miller, President announces a ground breaking ceremony for the future home of Clinton Auto Group in Clinton, Iowa.  The ceremony will take place Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at 1:30pm. 

       Clinton Auto Group features Ford, Lincoln, Chrysler, Dodge, Ram, Jeep

and Nissan.  Plans are to build a $3.5 million dealership at the northeast corner of Millcreek Parkway and Valley West Drive.  The site is located on 6.8 acres north of the Wild Rose Casino.  The new location is at 2850 Valley West Drive.

Clinton Auto Group’s team of employees are extremely excited about the new facility.  The dealership is nine years old and is owned and operated by Craig A. Miller and Steve Lindquist.  They acquired Clinton Ford Lincoln Mercury in 2003.  Four years later adding the former Southgate Motors, which was known as Clinton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Nissan.  In 2009 all operations were merged under one rooftop known as Clinton Auto Group.
